Another way that can help prove the value of your home is a home inspection. Buyers will typically ask for a home inspection. Having it done beforehand will definitely set a good impression on them. This also gives you a chance to takle any unpleasent suprises and time for you to repair them.

Once an offer is received your agent will help clarify what the buyer is offering with their Terms and Conditions. 
 
If there is something that you don't like within the offer, Negotiating and presenting a counter offer can help get you what you want.

When it comes to the sale of your property there will always be some closing costs. They will need to be paid by or on the closing date. Some of the expenses will include Legal fees, Mortgage applications fees, and inspections.
